Wardrobe 2 builds on Aleš Hnátek’s previous collections, which have observed the principles of thriftiness and meticulous craftsmanship, while being inspired by the aesthetics of the everyday combined with the ideas of the Arte Povera art movement. Aleš’s garments speak their own language of shapes, structures, and details. The starting point of Aleš’s work is a reflection on the value of discarded materials, stored in his personal archive, which he incorporates into pieces that are at once wearable and high-quality designer fashion.
